My MND Story
When I was 3 my Nanny died of MND. I want to give back what she gave to me, so I set myself a challenge to run 5km everyday in the school holidays. I love running but I have only ever run 5km once before, so this will be tough.
It is devastating having a close family member die so I am going to try to help research into MND by donating to the MND NSW in the hope that others won't have to go through what my Nanny did. So please donate to my fundraiser to help others.
Every day two Australians are diagnosed with motor neurone disease. There is currently no cure.
MND NSW provides support, equipment, and information and education to people living with MND, their families and healthcare professionals throughout NSW, the ACT and NT.
Your support is vital, so they can continue to be there for people living with motor neurone disease at every stage of their MND journey.

Sunday 14th Apr Today I ran at the Blaxland Armoury on the MND walk course, but half was closed off and I had to go a different way and ended up doing 6km. Share
